What we do

At FormUp Fitness, we train in a group environment alongside like-minded people who push each other to achieve our goals. Our qualified instructors will guide you through each workout and give you plenty of encouragement and advice along the way. 

Training with a group can give you the extra motivation you need, and having other people to train alongside makes you feel like you are not in it alone.

Our classes are meticulously structured, relieving you of the burden of planning your training. You can simply show up and focus on your workout, without the stress of figuring out what to do next. It's all taken care of for you!
